With the vaccination rollout progressing and restrictions being lifted in many markets, we’ve seen search trends showing that people are looking forward to experiences and events that were previously on hold because of the pandemic.
People are planning to celebrate life’s moments together again, searching for “wedding dress,” “eid cake,” “graduation party,” and “kid birthday.”
We also see an increase in searches for both indoor and outdoor activities, like “staycation,” “camping,” “glamping,” and “paddle tennis.” Wanting to put their best foot forward for these in-person moments, people are looking for post-pandemic guidance (“what to wear with”) and paying more attention to their faces (“dentist near me,” “sunscreen,” and “makeup near me”).
