Bing Liu: Hi everyone, I’m Bing. I’m the Chief Artist for the Art and Anime Centers at Archosaur. I have been in this industry for more than 20 years, from the earliest CG industry to the industry today
It is also very emotional to witness the development of the entire Chinese gaming industry. So I am still on the front line and hope to lead the team to create pleasing images and works that resonate with people.

Zhao: All our starting points and principles are to create a fair environment. We also provide players with a reporting system and this also encourages players to take the initiative to create a better and more comfortable environment for themselves.
Liu: We are focused on creating an engaging experience for players around the world. We have been continuously creating different types of games in the past years, including MMORPG, FPS, SLG. With the changes of this era, we also take diversity and inclusiveness into consideration.
We also host community activities with different user groups online and offline, and also take DEI into consideration in the game systems and design. We hope that different players from all over the world will be able to create an avatar unique to them through our personalisation system, to make a more interesting and diverse game.
Zhao: First of all, we are very proud to be able to work with Google in the field of DEI. We gathered feedback from players worldwide via the Google play store. It also linked us up with players face-to-face, giving us more confidence to refine and create more diversified games with Google.

Zhao: There's a lot to look forward to in the future of gaming, but we really want to make sure that every step of the way, we're showcasing diversity and adapting to our diverse player base.
Our players, regardless of their background, their nationality, their preferences, their beliefs, or even their sexual orientation, we hope that the games that we create will make them feel welcome, and that they enjoy the world that we have created.
