Renato Fernandez: I start at eight years old as a cartoonist,

Renato Fernandez: I'm Renato Fernandez
I am the chief creative officer of TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles.
Interviewer: What does that mean?
Renato Fernandez: I mean that I'm the boss.
Interviewer: Why did you get into this business?
Renato Fernandez: Storytelling.
I love to tell stories.
Interviewer: What would I be surprised to find on your desk?
Renato Fernandez: An actual newspaper.
I read them almost every day.
Interviewer: What's the biggest misperception people have about you?
Renato Fernandez: They confuse me with my twin brother.
Interviewer: What's the best professional wisdom anyone has ever given you?
Renato Fernandez: Always work for people that you admire.
