Interviewer: What was your very first job?
Jeff Stamp: I drove a Bobcat at a landscaping company,
which was amazing.

Jeff Stamp: My name is Jeff Stamp.
I am the chief content officer for Grey North America.
Interviewer: What does that mean?
Jeff Stamp: That’s a good question.
As I describe it to my parents, I make things to help people like my clients.
Interviewer: If you hadn’t chosen this career path, what
do you think you’d be doing right now?
Jeff Stamp: History teacher.
Interviewer: What’s your favorite time period?
Post-World War II Eastern European history.
Interviewer: What would I be surprised to find on your
desk?
Jeff Stamp: An Eric Davis bobblehead.
He’s my favorite player growing up in Cincinnati.
Interviewer: How would your team describe you in one word?
Jeff Stamp: Late.
Interviewer: Which habit have you had to break to be a
more effective leader?
Jeff Stamp: Getting out of the weeds.
Interviewer: When you hit a creative block, how do you
unstick yourself?
Jeff Stamp: Shoot baskets.
