Ross Jauncey: Not everyone sees the world like you do.

Ross Jauncey: I actually walked into the front lobby of BBDO Toronto and I got a job on the spot.

Ross Jauncey: Think protecting your team.

Ross Jauncey: Probably craft and storytelling.
